Returns and order issues

Our physical products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size chosen at checkout, or an unwanted item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact support@coolstickershop.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund when the issue is confirmed.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send returns to our registered business address or a fulfillment facility without return instructions.
